Shipping Policy

• Orders ship from Iowa within 2–3 business days
• Tracking is provided via email once shipped
• We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages marked “delivered” — please contact your local carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
• We’ll offer a replacement or store credit if eligible

 

Product Safety

Always do a patch test before use. Avoid contact with eyes. Store products in a cool, dry space. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
